CANCELLATION POLICY

To request a cancellation, you must send an email to: reservas@tenerifewhalewatching.com

The conditions of our cancellation policy will depend on the following:

• The Cancellation is attributable to TENERIFE WHALE WATCHING: (includes cancellations due to bad weather alerts, unfavorable sea, ship breakdown, etc.). Cancellation without penalty and refund of 100% of the amount of the reservation.
• If Cancellation by the user more than 24 hours before the start of the excursion: Cancellation without penalty and refund of 100% of the amount of the reservation.
• If Cancellation of PREBOOKING by the user more than 72 hours before the start of the excursion: Cancellation without penalty and refund of 100% of the amount of the reservation.
• Or Cancellation by the user less than 24 hours before the start of the excursion: Cancellation with a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reservation. However, if there is justification in any of the following: hospital admission, judicial notification, death of the applicant, or a family member, the corresponding supporting document must be sent by mail. In these cases, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
• Or Cancellation of PREBOOKING by the user less than 72 hours before the start of the excursion: Cancellation with a penalty of 100% of the amount of the PREBOOKING. However, if there is justification for any of the following: hospital admission, judicial notification, or death of the applicant, or a family member, the corresponding supporting document must be sent by mail. In these cases, 100% of the amount of the PREBOOKING will be refunded.

Las condiciones de nuestra política de cancelación dependerán de lo siguiente:

• La Cancelación imputable a TENERIFE WALE WATCHING: (incluye cancelaciones por alertas de mal tiempo, mar desfavorable, avería del barco, etc.). Cancelación sin penalización y devolución del 100% del importe de la reserva.
• Si la Cancelación por parte del usuario con más de 24 horas de antelación al inicio de la excursión: Cancelación sin penalización y devolución del 100% del importe de la reserva.
• Si la Cancelación de PREBOOKING por parte del usuario con más de 72 horas de antelación al inicio de la excursión: Cancelación sin penalización y devolución del 100% del importe de la reserva.
• o si la Cancelación por parte del usuario con menos de 24 horas antes del inicio de la excursión: Cancelación con penalización del 100% del importe de la reserva. No obstante, si existe justificación en alguno de los siguientes: ingreso hospitalario, notificación judicial, fallecimiento del solicitante o de un familiar, se deberá enviar por correo el justificante correspondiente. En estos casos se devolverá el 100% del importe de la reserva.
• o si la Cancelación de PREBOOKING por parte del usuario con menos de 72 horas antes del inicio de la excursión: Cancelación con penalización del 100% del importe del PREBOOKING. No obstante, si existe justificación en alguno de los siguientes: ingreso hospitalario, notificación judicial, fallecimiento del solicitante o de un familiar, se deberá enviar por correo el justificante correspondiente. En estos casos se devolverá el 100% del importe del PREBOOKING.
